At Aara Naturals,We are committed to ensuring a positive experience for every customer. If you receive a damaged or broken product, we assess such issues on an order-by-order basis. Please note, we do not take responsibility for any damages caused from the customer’s end after delivery. Refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days from the date the complaint is approved.

How to Request a Refund

Please do not send any items back without prior approval, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method. Kindly allow 5–6 working days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card provider

Product Quality Complaints

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order is packed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be issued. Refunds are available only for orders cancelled before dispatch. Please note, in some cases, we may need to cancel an order even after it's been approved—this could be due to out-of-stock items, shipping restrictions, or other unforeseen issues. If this happens, we will inform you and issue a full refund if applicable. If we are unable to process your order within 10 working days, we will automatically cancel it and refund the full amount. If you request a cancellation before your order is processed, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund. However, once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Due to the all-natural and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns once items are shipped.
